Order Cancellation 

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, and notify us for a full refund within 7 working days of placing your order.
To return your order you can email us, or write to us quoting your order/invoice number, and return the goods to us by Post Office Special Delivery within 7 working days of taking delivery of your goods.
Please note that return postage costs will not be credited or refunded.

Manufacturing Fault
Any product with a manufacturing fault will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee on a like for like basis only. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied. Faulty products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or other delivery service with tracking. We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making.

Online Payments
STEPPIN OUT accepts online payments via two third party processing companies, 
Where a customer requests delivery to an address other that to where the account registered STEPPIN OUT  reserve the right to delay or cancel despatch until the delivery address can be verified.

Discounts codes, sales and promotions.
We reserve the right to select which goods are included within a promotion.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed prior to the date of the commencement of the promotion. This date will be strictly adhered to.
Unless specifically stated discounts will not apply to goods already discounted.

Our right to cancel
STEPPIN OUT reserves the right to cancel, without reason, an order or items from an order up until the point of dispatch. In such circumstances the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a full refund of any monies paid in relation to the cancelled order/items (including any shipping component) will be made.

Your responsibilities
Customers are responsible for checking the contents of their order prior to confirming their purchase. Particular note should be paid to size and colour selection. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the entered/selected delivery address of their order is correct as STEPPIN OUT IMPORT EXPORT cannot be held liable for orders which are returned or go missing due to such errors.
