Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24–48 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email at steppinoutstore@gmail.com or by phone at (416) 481-0999, quoting your order number. Cancellation requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing or dispatch.

Manufacturing Faults

If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it on a like-for-like basis in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee. No credit or alternative product will be offered. Faulty items must be returned in appropriate protective packaging via a tracked delivery service. We reserve the right to decline a fault claim if we determine the issue is due to customer misuse or negligence.

Online Payments

STEPPIN OUT processes online payments securely through third-party payment providers. Where a delivery address differs from the registered account address, we reserve the right to delay or cancel dispatch until the delivery address has been verified.

Discounts, Sales & Promotions

• We reserve the right to determine which products are included in any promotion.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the start date of a promotion. This will be strictly enforced.
• Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts do not apply to items already reduced in price.

STEPPIN OUT reserves the right to cancel an order or individual items from an order at any time prior to dispatch. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and a full refund — including any shipping charges — will be issued.
