We accept returns despatched within 14 working days of delivery by an insured and signed for carrier,  MAIL special delivery. This period may be extended at our discretion. Please enclose your name and order number with the returned item.

Returns are made at the customer's own expense.

Condition of Goods
All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and saleable. Goods that have been damaged whilst in your care will not be accepted.
Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up will be subject to a dry cleaning charge.

Special Orders or Altered Items
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of items ordered especially for you or which have been altered at your request. For these items no refund or exchange will be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds for returned items will usually be issued on the day goods are received back in-store. Mostnds will appear in the customer's account immediately however on occasions it can take up to three working days for banks to process the refund. This delay is beyond STEPPIN OUT control.
